  1. Strange Exam

The course content, overall, was very helpful and introduced me to a few shortcuts, areas and formalities i was unfamiliar with. The content is a good basis for people looking to go into administration or supplement their CV. There are additional videos for several sections, a few of which are helpful, and some more speicifcally tailored to the US market for example: “if in a public building, start your meeting with the pledge of allegiance…”

There are about 4-5 typos that i spotted, which in a course that promotes attention to detail and proofreading of ones work, isn’t a great reflection. At the discount price of £19 i can’t complain. Kept me quiet for a large chunk of the day.

The exam, however, was bizarre. Half the questions were either strangely phrased, incomplete, misspelled or attributed to the wrong answer in the multiple choice options (which i found when doing the mock quiz). I would request the course providers review this quickly.

It was made clear prior to the course that the certificate would be charged extra. £4 for a digital copy is not exorbitant and is still a lot cheaper than certificate reprints from AQA for example.

  2. it was ok - lots of repetition

There was a lot of duplication within this course. I’m not sure what the large section on OneNote 2007 was for? It repeated the beginning of the course in the main with a very small section on the actual package itself. Slightly annoyed that I have to pay for a certificate, I thought this was included in the course!
