    The bulk of the content was a series of videos by an American guy talking about American laws, procedures and forms, with only occasional reference to UK law and procedures. Whilst HR processes and procedures are mostly generic, non-UK content was unexpected as this course was bought in the UK as a double course with “UK Employment Law”.

    There were also many spelling and grammatical errors throughout the course, in particular in the questions in both the mock and final exams! One of the videos had two sound tracks running over each other, and in another video the female instructor started coughing during her narration!!! Needless to say, the course provider has yet to respond to my email!
