    The course began very usefully with the information on the administrative roles that exist and what things may be useful for you to use in the work place. There was a fair bit of repetition, but things I suppose are remembered much better via repetition.

    My one gripe of the course was the final ‘Receptionist Skills’ element. The links to the course did not always transcend with that of a receptionist role. More linked to those who work from home. I am struggling to see the link with that one.

    The exam, I passed first time in the mock. But…some of the questions. Be careful with the wording of them.
